Why not trying family camping? Italy is the place to be

from:

For many reasons, camping is becoming a more popular choice for family trips. Not only does it tend to be more cost effective, but it also can be more exciting. When you’re looking into family camping, Italy can be a great place to get these benefits as well as much more. When family camping, Italy is the perfect backdrop for starting an adventure and making new memories. Here’s why.

First of all, when family camping, Italy is a much cheaper trip when you take out the cost of hotels. As with many other abroad destinations, tourists pay a high price to stay in popular locations. But if you’re willing to try family camping, Italy can be much easier on the wallet. Typical camping sites in Italy are only a fraction of the cost of a hotel stay and while you might need to set up some equipment and bring supplies with you, they tend to afford you more flexibility as well as a more pristine setting for your vacation to begin and end.

Speaking of flexibility, family camping Italy also allows you to come and go as much as you like – without the rules of the hotel. You are also able to avoid the loud crowds of others tourists staying at the hotel. In this relaxing setting, family camping Italy allows your vacation to be a vacation – unlike the restrictive setting of a hotel. You are also in control of the people that move in and out of your space and can easily upgrade to better conditions (tent vs. mobile home) at your own choosing, no concierge needed, no tipping needed.

In terms of budget control, family camping Italy also allows you to choose the kinds of foods that you will have for each meal. For example, instead of heading to the crowded ‘free’ continental breakfast in the morning (early, of course, so that you can still get some food), you can sleep in, waking when you are ready and then cooking your own oatmeal or sausage as you like. You can also have a lighter lunch that you cook yourself or snack on, saving the bulk of your food budget on a most expensive dinner in a nearby city. Family camping Italy allows you to make this choice.

When family camping, Italy provides you with a number of locales as well as attractions to explore. But when you choose camping over staying in a hotel, you give yourself the freedom to do what you want, when you want to do it. And that’s really what vacation is all about.
